honda 300 fourtrax 4x4. Put in new cdi box. New coil. New plug and checked all the fuses. Still no spark!

The best course of action would be to download the service manual for your machine from this web site. The Ignition System section in that manual has a troubleshooting process for weak or no spark. Following that process will get you to the root of your problem.
If it were me, there are a few things I would check. First of all, measure the resistance of the Ignition Pulse Generator. If it is in good condition, it will measure between 290 to 360 ohms. The Ignition Pulse Generator feeds a low-voltage signal to the ICM to start the ignition process, so if you have a fairly sensitive voltmeter that can read in the millivolt DC range, I would connect it somewhere between the Pulse Generator and the ICM, then turn the engine over with the starter and look for a pulsating voltage signal. Don't be too concerned with the actual value of the voltage, just look for pulses. If it is pulsating, the Pulse Generator and its connection to the ICM is probably OK. If you don't see pulses, I would focus on that part of the system before going further.

96 was a problem year for the 300 OEM CDI -----if you bike was starting easily before the CDI went out , try sticking the old CDI back on , push the start button for a split second and let off , it will sometimes start up , if you hold the starter button down it will fire one time then the spark is gone
