Is the neutral light coming on when you turn the key? If the neutral switch is working, check the IGN fuse for battery voltage (on both sides) while the Ign Sw is on, then shut it off and check continuity through the kill switch and the ignition switch after unplugging them per the manual. You'll need a multimeter for all of those tests.
If still no spark, check the pulse generator. You'll need 100% OEM Honda parts on the bike... china knockoffs don't work and won't fix it.
