the old trusty 300 quite me while hunting elk,,no spark,,not knowing just what to do just replaced,ingnition coil,cdi box spark plug ,no luck,,,so replaced stator and regulator,,,still nothing,, so now what do i do...help

You should check all your ground points.... clean of the rust and mud and see if that works...

Check for continuity through the ignition switch and the kill switch with a multimeter too. You can get a copy of the service manual HERE to guide you.

I had trouble getting spark on an old wheeler once. It was just a dirty ground! LOL
