Hi All.

I am new here, I have a 94 300 that is breaking down, it idles fine but breaks down when you reach about 1/3 throttle. my compression is only about 75 psi,i know this is very low but there is new rings in it and the valve are set. what may be my problem? any advise would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forums. Are the cylinder walls in good condition? Is the ring end gap within specs? Are your valves seating and sealing good?

Cylinder walls look good and the rig gap was good, i cannot recall what it was. i took the head off again last night, i will take it to someone who knows more that i to have the valves set again as this is is where i think the problem is.
