Welcome to the forums... You local honda dealer will have the main jets and you will need to get the slow jets for the 300ex which is the same carb.

Don't buy a jet kit. It's cheaper to buy single jets from the dealer.

Ok well with the exhaust, high comp. piston and filter you would run good with a 130 or 132 main and 40 slow, 3 turns out from seat on the pilot screw. Remove the air box lid too. I would buy 2 or 3 new plugs and install one and run the quad for a bit then open it up on a long stretch when you get open pull in the clutch and shut it down, hop off and pull the plug, you are looking for a nice light to medium tan almost the color of cardboard. If it's dark you are too rich and need to go down on the main jet, if it's too light you can put the airbox lid back on and try it again with anothe new plug if it's still too light go up a size on the jet. I bought my coil off Ebay, they produce a high spark to burn fuel more effeciantly. I also run an Answer Roost Boost which are no longer made, but it increases the power throughout the whole power or every gear, increases theenergy output to the CDI and eliminating the rev limiter all together or I haven't found it nor do I intend on it..LOL. I would seriously concider ditching the DG exhaust and getting a better more responsive system like FMF, HMF, Curtis Sparks, or TBR (Two Brothers Racing), and White Brothers. The Uni is great as well as K&N but invest in the Outerwears too!.

Not for the 250X anymore that I know of. I have Roost Boost but I haven't heard of anyone else even having that on a 250X up here.
