Just bought a new fourtrax for plowing, custom plow set up, hidden wench check it out

The only problem is that The 4wd works fine, and the bike seems great (just bought it), but when i am riding down a hill in gear and let off the throttle i hear a clicking in the driveline that sounds like its up front but im not 100%. Please help

Welcome to the forums. Without being able to hear it, I don't know if we can be of much help. I would try jacking the ATV up off the ground and turning the wheels to see if I could hear the clicking and try to locate the problem like that. Check your axles, driveshaft, front diff, and wheel bearings.

thanks for the advice, i tried that i ran it with all 4's in the air and it was fine, then i moved the wheels by hand and its fine, it only makes the noise when moving by its own gravitational weight down a hill in gear

Have you torqued your hub nuts down? Still have the cotter pin in them? Mine did the same thing and the nuts have backed off a bit. Hard to find with out the weight of the ATV pushing against them unless they are REALLY loose.

Just a thought.
