i replaced my bearings now my axle nut is not locking on the axle

There is stopper ring that you may have missed putting back in.

i did put the ring on it when i titen the nut the one nut comes right off the therds/ the inner nut comes offthe therds

You're doing it just how is says to on the sheet I posted above?

i no but the hole locknut spins on my axle it does not lock

Are you using two wrenches and tightening them against each other..reverse threads in mind? If so, sounds like the threads are srtipped or badly worn..pics would help

the inner nut is comeing off the threds befor i can tighten against axle

Run the inner all the way up to the brake hub or as far as you can then tighten the outer against it if it's stripped then you will have to replace it or to get you by tighten them both together but you will need someone holding the brakes and put it in gear.

when i run the inner all the way to the break it comes off the nut

Turn the outer lock nut clockwise until the stoppeer ring groove is covered with the outer lock nut and apply locking agent to the lock bolt threads.Turn the outer lock nut counterclockwise until the ring groove is visible and install the stopper ring into the groove. Apply somr grease to the stopper ring and turn the outer lock nut to seat it against the stopper ring.Tighten the outer lock nut.
