Hello all, My son races Harescrambles and i got him a 91 250x that im completely rebuilding. I am wanting to put a better shock on the back that has longer travel and better adjustment, most of the time i cant use other shocks cause of the swing arm. so my first question is, is their another swing arm out thier that i can take off another bike and put on to the 250x? Also is thier any other a arms and shock that i can use other than the 400ex front end ty for your help.

If the 400ex A-arms will fit the 250X, won't any a-arms that fit the 400ex fit the 250x? What is going to make a set fit or not is going to be the mounting points, correct?

True but the frame design is different on the mounting for the swing arm I looked at my buddies and mine side by side there is a bit of difference. the front a-arms nee a shock conversion kit I think in order for the shock travel and ride height to be the same as a stock 250X.

I'm wondering if that guy from Morocco actually inserted that link in his first post. In Tom's post saying "welcome to the family" the word family was a link to a family car site. Agreed ^^^^^^ besides there aren't many 250X's up here so we need to keep them going.... I do have an actual Honda 250X service manual if you need any info.
