hello not good searching this forum,no luck downloading manuals.so guess need ohm readings on stater and pulser,i ve checked wiring ,tried coil and cdi box, removed and jumped wires to reverse,im not getting voltage going to coil when i crank engine.it is a kick start,so no battery.checked all connections and tested wiring with a ohm meter.i dont remember ever having this much trouble.help

I think the manual you need is in here under Honda --> Sport quads: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1GcqS65GYd3yFmEAGsI7LP-eZp2jMRVJU?usp=sharing. The specs you are looking for will be in there. Other than that I don't have alot to help you. Check wires for breaks, good grounds, etc
