Bit of a sad story; I was planning to build a four-wheel-drive, four-wheel steer buggy but I only got as far as gathering together new and reconditioned Honda TRX 350 Front Axles and components.

Unfortunately the project can't continue so I have some very specific axle parts which need a new home and I thought this forum would be a good place to tell them to people who would value them.

I'll put more details in my classified ad but in short, I have 2 fully reconditioned complete Honda TRX 350 front axles, complete with a number of very rare, Brand-new still boxed parts.

Please spread the word to anyone who might be interested! I'd be happy to agree shipping worldwide, so don't let distance bother you.

I just gotta ask !..lol. why does both axle boxes show the same part numbers ?. front axles on the early trx350's are not the same length.

according to the part numbers, that number says its for the front joint yoke/drive shaft ?.

He has two front yokes because he was planning on using front ends for front and rear on his buggy (4WD and 4W steering). I can't wrap my head around how you'd do the steering linkage to the rear end but it sounds cool.

Thanks for the comments. Just for interest the plan for the buggy was to fit a high torque electric lynch motor and reduction box to each axle, with an electric actuator driving the steering linkage.
Each axle would be a self-contained drive/steering unit. I took the inspiration from looking at kids RC rock crawling buggies which have an electric motor on each axle.
Also, a bit of inspiration from the four-wheel steering buggies from the "rock bouncing" world (although mine would have been a bit smaller).

But sadly other projects come up and only so many hours in the day!:wink

I have 2 of these driveshafts rescued from the shelves of Honda dealers across the UK. One told me he had had it for 20 years! I was going to modify them as part of the drive system.

BTW; it was a Shadetree project restoration picture on this forum that gave me the idea of using these axles! It was either going to be these or chopped Suzuki Rhino axles!
