Looking for some help. I have been having trouble getting my atv to start I went out today and the battery was dead and I tried to kick start it over and over with no luck. I then found a can of carb cleaner and sprayed some in the carb and it fired up for a few seconds and then shut off I did it again and it started on a couple of kick and the shut off again. I have cleaned the carb and put a rebuild kit from the local dealer last year and I am not sure if it was the correct kit or not so I am looking on getting one off ebay. I would also like to find out if the carb has a starting jet or not. I am at a lost becasue it starts fine with starting fluild or carb cleaner it just won't run until it gets nice and warm.

Thanks for you info. I took the gas tank off and drained the gas and took the carb apart and cleaned it. I have to say that it fired up on the 2nd kick and it has never done that for me. When I got it running it had a back fire when I gave it gas in 3rd but it started running better not sure if the fuel mix is off or what.
