I have an 87 Honda which has been sitting for a few years now, it starts, and idles, but would bog down and stall out if you attempted to rev it. I replaced the fuel pump, cleaned the tank, replaced the fuel filter, new spark plug and wire, & put a brand new carb on. Now it idles fine, and you can rev it so we went to test drive it, got around the yard, & it stalled out. Now it seems to be flooding itself after a few minutes. Any suggestions as to what this could be?

Did you use OEM fuel pump and carb? If not, that's probably your problem.

Non-OEM fuel pumps put out too much fuel. Most aftermarket carbs are crap.

I’m not exactly sure, I honestly just ordered it off of eBay lol. But I know the fuel pump is the same as the one that was on it when it ran right. I can’t say the same for the carb.

getting a carb from E-Pray, is not all that promising. you could rebuild the OEM carb with a shindy kit, if you got the skills, assuming its the original carb.
some things on ebay are great, when it comes to honda atv, maybe not so much.
