87 fourtrax 250 shaft drive battery removal

I am waiting for my service manual to arrive for the 87 fourtrax 250 shaft drive I just bought. The battery is located under the left rear fender and for the life of me I can't figure out how to remove it to install a new one. Can anyone please help me? Thanks Farmer J.

10mm bolt on the top of the battery box. loosen bolt pull the top if the strap to you and drop it down. there is a lip on the bottom of the box the strap hooks into. hope this helps
