Torqued the head down (in proper sequence) in four steps but did the final one at 34 ft/lbs instead of 33. Dumb I know. Is it okay to leave it or can it cause damage. The threads were cleaned not oiled and the cylinder and head rebuilt/machined by G&H with 10.25:1 Wisco piston.

Yep, leave it. It's fine as long as no hint of strippage, which would never happen at 1 lb./ft too tight anyway. Many torque wrenches aren't even that truly accurate, and if it's been awhile on yours then the calibration is likely off anyway. If you torqued it to 100 by mistake that might be a different story.
