My trx250x quad is all stock, except for a wiesco 12:1 compression piston. My question is, do I need to jet carb, or make any other mods to make engine run without future problems. My engine seems to run fine,but I'm just wondering if I might have problems down the road.

Read your plug and see! it would not hurt to put a pipe on to help it breath and push that extra exhaust out.

Yeah you kind of did it all backwords with the mods. You usually build up to get ready for the high compression with after market exhausts and other things. You are deffinetly gunna want to put on at least a slip on probably after market head pipe would all just make your high compression way more worth the money power wise. And you probably will need to rejet. Just about any time you add power to your quad your gunna have to rejet.

Oh and i almost forgot is it stock bore?

Usually with such upgrade other upgrade are really need or vise versa to check it as stated by the forumers check your plugs burn.
