My tires are completely flat, though i have new rear tires. how do i remove the old ones from the rim? I'm a newbie so be gentle

AGREE^^ Changing them yourself is a pain in the rear!

If they are completely shot and you just want to do them yourself you can cut them off with a good razor knife, putin them on is no problem just lube the beads real good.
