Has anyone made a front bumper for there rides mine does not have one so I am looking for ideas, on making something.
I know I can buy something stock but like on custom 4x4 trucks theres a big burly one that you can stand on mount your winch have room for your winch cable, so I just thinking something different,
really I am waiting on parts and thinking other things that I can do on the machine.

Google may be your best bet for design ideas. As for mounting a winch to it, you’d need to remake all the mounting points. Would be a crying shame to do that to a now classic ATV. The best way to mount a winch is directly to the main frame with bolts rather than cutting and welding. Not many of these old haulers around now.

mount a winch to the frame, just behind the front plastic grill, unless you plan on building a heavy duty bumper, and attach it very well to the frame ?, your just pizzing in the rain..lol.
