need help figuring out needle settings went to a 195 main jet got a little brown on plug but i am n the last clip on needle and put all the spacers on the bottum of it runs very great starts good idles good cant find a aftermarket needle do you guys think it will be ok any advice would be greatfully appreaciated i know this is ahond forum but hondas know best i only bought the bike because it was cheap and the fox shocks really help my back and neck

If you're not getting any popping or hesitation you are good. Although those 525's are known for popping on decel no matter what you do. If it was mine I would call it good.

Agree^^^ but first off what has been done Mod wise filter I know and pipe what else any internal mods? and what brand carb is it? keihin or mikuni?

When you say you are at the last clip on the needle is that at the top or bottom?

its in the bottum clip mikuni carb it is modded to a 525 just cant get it to richen up if i continue to run some what lean will it hurt the motor

you can go to rocky mountain ATV and but indavidual jets up in the 200s from you 195 jet

ok we think we got it we lost the spring in the carb that pushes the needle down
