Guys, I just bought a bike that has been modded up and I need some advice.

I mostly plan on using it during hunting season and it came with a high flow after market exhaust. It was way too loud for a hunting bike, so I put the stock muffler back on it.

The only thing now is its running rich and acting like a stock bike performance wise.

What I was wondering is can I put a larger bikes exaust and regain the power from the mods and it be quiet??

Listed below are the mods that have been done,
New crank
new piston 50 over
web cam
dyno jet kit
White Brothers exhaust ( Removed )

I understand that some modification may need to be done but is it possible?
Thanks

Change your jet and put the airbox lid on if it's off. Or Get an HMF Power Core 4 That's what I have and it's not really all that loud.

I agree and i think u need to rejet the atv but as for useing a bigger bikes exaust i dont think it will work unless they both use the same frame and exaust routing

X3 on the rejetting.

ATVs and dirt bikes are not like automobiles where you can do an upgrade and thats it. The motors are a lot smaller and one upgrade has a HUGE effect on the whole unit.

I would maybe look around for an exhaust system that has a spark arrestor that is rated for trail/wooded use. Thats what I am looking at for my 400ex.
