i recently had this engine rebuilt it was punched out .25 i got 12 hrs on it since the rebuild i have white smoke coming out the tailpipe which it is burning oil again and the tailpipe from the cylinder turns red hot but the timing is dead on what could this mean.... need advice please

It needs jetted severely.Quit running it and jet it properly or you'll blow a hole in the piston.
