So my buddy and I tore into his 2018 420 footshift 4x4 to add a 35% gear reduction, split cases to clean the dirt out, and do the top end. Well long story short, the gears in the transmission came out and we had to put them back in following the service manual.
After getting it back together when the bike is in "neutral" it goes forward. You can push the shifter straight down into "reverse" and it still goes forward. It's hard to shift it up into "first" and when you do it in actual neutral, can't get it to go up any further than that.
We have made sure that the gear position sensor is lined up correctly with the shift drum. Does anyone have any insight? Any help would be appreciated!
