I am having trouble keeping bearings in the front of my 420. Running 27s and had a 2" lift. Took out the lift hoping to solve the issue. I have run Honda, Moose, Highlifter and a couple of other brands. I can ride it a few times and they are shot, tired of putting bearings and brakes on it. I am about to put stock tires on it and give to my son. Thanks for any advice or help.

they seem to be ok, everything is tight when I install the new bearings but after I ride a few times they are shot.

Concidering your name I'm going to assume you travel through deep mud and water holes alot?? Well when you do that you allow dirt and grime into your hubs . that starts grinding away at the metat surfaces of the bearings and spindle pretty soon your tearing it down again. here's my theroy you are replacing the bearings an awful lot... are you bothering to replace any seals or just re-using the old ones?? if you re-using that's your problem....2. Are you replacing the races that come with the new bearing or just using the bearing?? finally I'm going to say if you are wearing that many bearings out your spindles have worn at the bearing races.

Yea I stay in the mud and water and I am replacing everything. Are you speaking of where the spindle meets the bearing. I did think of replacing the spindles but did not know if it would be worth the money to try it out.
