i don't have any rear brakes at all so it's really sketchy to ride, i've filled the resivior up with dot 4 and pumped 10 times and loosened the little bolt thing and did it over and over and over... nothing happened and i still have no brake pressure at all. has anyone had this problem and what do i do?

Brakes can be a bummer to bleed at times! Try lifting the rear of your ATV up 18" or so, the air should rise to the highest point. So, in theory you need the bleed valve at the top.
Or alternatively you can back bleed the brake if you have the necessary tools.

Try gravity bleeding. Open bleeder and hold brake pedal down. Sometimes you get a air pocket and the fluid wont pump passed it. I have had to leave one over night once with the bleeder tube going into a clean jar of fluid with plenty of extra room in it and it stated as a slow drip. If nothing works you could have a internal colapsed line. Or a bad master cylinder or caliper.
