Replacing the bent handlebar. I anticipated just getting handlebar/grips. Checking out the OEM parts on the Honda website and there are other pieces (weight B, Rubber A & B, handle weight snap). Can someone explain to me what these do and if they are necessary?

The weights and rubber isolaters are there for 2 reasons. One is to add some mass to make turning the bars require less effort. They also dampen vibration and make your hands go numb alot less. Either way all aftermarket bars dont have them and there are zero negative effects from it.
