I just started riding some mx tracks and my stock clutch lever is a bear to pull. Its much much stiffer then my buddies 300ex. Is there a perch/ lever that I could pull with one or two fingers? I still ride some woods too and need to retain reverse. What do you guys do?

You can usually adjust those levers where they are a little easier to pull.

Agree with Helmut my friens 400ex clutch I can pull with one finger it is so smooth. I think you need to check your cable you may have a kink in it somewhere or a flat spot making it hard to pull.

I run one with an adjust on the fly. I can not remember the brand. Its not an ASV. I wish it was. It works good and it got rid of that ugly parking brake junk! The only thing you will have to do is join the two clutch safrty wires together. If you do that it will start with out pulling the clutch.

I remember seeing somewhere a kit that you can replace your entire clutch and convert it from a cable into a hydraulic clutch which makes it 10 times easier to pull! Don't know how it works though. Ill see if I can find it.

Yeah, you probably can. I've seen the hydraulic clutches on dirtbikes and they work real good.

Rocky mountain has a few different cables they sell. Motion Pro makes one and Tusk makes another. Any recommendations on which cable I should order.

I am going to try a cable first, if its still super stiff I will most likely try new springs and a new lever/ perch.
