I'm trying 2 get the most out of my 400ex without internal mods, any advice would be appreciated.

I'm going to say that those are legit. They don't make any outrageous claim, they say it does exactly what it should. I would not hesitate to buy from them.

ive got an amr cdi box.to me it seemed like shift points were a little snappier and i could notice but not much the higher rev limit.

The cdi is an upgrade that responds extremely well to a new exhaust, intake, and cam. But you will notice a difference over stock.

usally stock coils are all you need. cant speak for the 4 wheelers tho.

I have a high performance coil, However I don't really see any power gains but it is a coil..lol It does fire a stronger spark than a stock coil therefore burinig more of the fuel entering the cylinder more efficently and they produce a higher voltage.
