I have a 350 TE, Rancher, about a 2003 model. It has been a great ATV. Recently the electric shifting started messing up when I would go into 4th gear. 4th gear would stick and I could not get out of it. The window where it shows the gear you are in would either be blank or the 4th would be flashing on and off. I have to shut the rig down and then turn it back on and start shifting down to neutral and start over. Somehow this rig likes to lock into 4th and not let me out. It does it 80% of the time now. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forums. If the Rancher is an '03 model, you can retrieve the trouble codes. The flashing gear position indicator, indicates the trouble codes. Below are the codes and the procedures to retrieve the codes. Note that if the Rancher is a '00-'02, those models don't store trouble codes and this won't work for those years.
