No there isnt a 330 "kit" that doesnt require shaving the bottom end cases to fit the bigger sleeve. Now you could do a smaller bore with a custom stroker piston and a custom stroker crank. That would get the cc your looking for. But the price would probably be somewhere in the ballpark of building a 450r race bike. Ive been down this road if you want more power buy a 400ex. A stock 400ex tuned right will walk a 300ex with every mod you can do. I know because i did it. It was painful to my ego and my wallet.

Darn that sucks lol. I'm not trying to make this thing comparable to a bigger cc bike. My bike needs a top end rebuild and was just curious if there needed to be any mods for the kit to fit. Looks like I'm just gonna stay stock bore and just throw a different piston in it along with a new sleeve. If I throw a better performance piston and rings in it, would I need to upgrade anything since I'm not trying to make a power house?

There are other big bore kits im pretty sure. The 330 is the only one that requires case milling. But as far as any high comp piston you dont need to do anything but jet it. But all modifications compliment one another. So just a piston without a pipe and filter wont be as noticable a gain in power. I would suggest having the valves laped and new seals installed. Any topend with that many hoursnon it should need alittle touch up.
