I have a 300ex fourwheeler and I have had people to tell me that boring a motor really doesnt give no power. I was thinking about buying a big bore kit but I would like to know about how much hp it will give my fourwheeler.

Boring a motor will increase your power depending on how much you want to go , that along with a good cam and and valvetrain job, exhaust 400ex carb w/ jetting kit you will see a great improvement. as far as HP gains? Im not sure on that.

Don't be discouraged by low HP numbers. The 450 only puts out 36 stock.

Probably around 25ish.

Gotta argue a little Red look at the sticker on the right side between the upper a-arm mounting holes gives a few specs mine shows maximum HP 42.6 bbh look at yours and see if i am right, might be wrong. don't know what bbh stands for.

See, I have always heard that the 400ex pushes 28hp stock. So if you knock roughly 4hp off for power loss from delivery to rear wheels that is right.
