try Babbits, they have parts for most every ride. I get alot of my stuff thru them. Even after s/h it's still cheaper than going thru the Honda dealer.

Go on ebay they have them for like 60 bucks stock replacement and 80 for a aftermarket one. Or you may be able to just pull yours apart and clean the brushes to fix it. I have never bought a rebuild kit for one before.

Thanks for the Help everyone I am going to give cleaning it a try. How can I tell once I have it apart if it something cleaning will fix or if the starter is just shot?

If the brushes are worn down, you'll either have to rebuild the starter or replace it. If the brushes are good, then you might be able to clean it.
