Go on ebay they have them for like 60 bucks stock replacement and 80 for a aftermarket one. Or you may be able to just pull yours apart and clean the brushes to fix it. I have never bought a rebuild kit for one before.

If the brushes are worn down, you'll either have to rebuild the starter or replace it. If the brushes are good, then you might be able to clean it.
