Trying to find out what the color of the wire on the ignition module to hook up a pro armor teather kill switch.
I've never hooked one up, but wouldn't it just hook to the positive on the coil and when it grounds it would kill the engine?

I just looked at the wiring diagram for a 300EX and the same wire on it is black/yellow also. It runs from the ignition control module to the positive on the ignition coil just like I thought. Any time you want to hook a kill switch on any engine, just hook it to the positive on the coil and when it's grounded, it will kill the engine.

Thanks Helmut. I was looking up the info on google and could find nothing on a 300 ex
Trying to explain on the phone.
According to the 300EX wiring diagram, it's a black/yellow wire, but regardless of the color, it will be the wire running to the hot on the ignition coil.
