If it's like mine, the site hole is the filler hole. The drain hole will be on the bottom, of course, and you will likley need to take the skid plate off to see it.

And again, if it's like mine, 80W Hypoid gear oil is what you need, but check your manual.

I think your thinking of the differentials. They do indeed fill up to the filler cap and run out when its full. This is the front PTO unit on the front of the engine that runs a shaft out to the front axle. Mounted right on the front of the engine it has a filler hole directly on top of the unit. If I were to fill it up intill it ran out it would be 100% full of oil !!!!
Here a pic is worth a 100000 words,,,and thanks for your help !!!!!:happy2:

Sorry man, I missed this thread. Since no one else replied, I will guess. There is no oil in there, or it gets it from the engine. I don't think there is any other oil to change or fill other than the differentials and the engine. There's no tranny oil or any other oil that I am aware....and if there is, then i need to find out myself.

It looks like a seperate unit from the engine,,,plus it says right near the big filler cap on top there " 200cc oil". If I could figure out the right bolt to remove to drain it ,,,,someone with the more info please chime in ;)

I have a manual it must not be for a FW cuz it has NOTHING about the front drive. I did go to the other site you posted and it helped me find what I was looking for. If you look thru the front of the machine you can see the fill and drain ports,,,thanks for the help

look in thru the front of the machine and the drain is right in the middle down at the bottom,,,it says drain right by it. The FULL level hole is up about 2 o;clock, about a third of the way up from the drain bolt
