I was just wondering if the wheel cylinders are the same from the 4x4 and the 2x4 on the front brake?

Really? I've got an old 94 in the shed and they look the same but i have never tore into it either. So thats good to know. sorry for the wrong info. that I gave.

thanks everyone...I no the break drum it self is different because it dosn't have axles.. but are you guys sure the wheel cylinders that push the pads out are different?

My 300 is a 99 4x4... im only asking cause i need new wheel cylinders and i found a pair for a 2x4 for cheap...

The 4X4 has 2 wheel cylinders with the adjustments were the 4x2 has one wheel cylinder and one adjustment.

Mud is correct. The 4X4 has two wheel cylinders on each side.
