I think the 330 big bore kit uses an 80mm piston, so that's probably what it is.

What is pretty cheap? U can get a 330 kit for around $325 if u have the connections. And it's already done. If u add the price to getting your cylinder machined and the sleeve added in it will cost ya.

I talked to the local machinist he said about 150$ for the sleeve fitted and final hone. It will be extra if the case has to have work. Does anyone know If I have to machine the case? Some of the kits I have seen say it needs machining and some dont. What kinda gain would I see with it?

Well I got the kit for 190$. I think its a 4 stroke tech kit, I am gonna call tommarrow, It comes with a new honda timing chain, gaskets, new honda solenoid, couple new packs of brakes, K&N filter, a 36 mm Mikuni carb, new starter brushes, stator and odss and ends. Is this a good deal? I figured I could use alot of this stuff so hopefully I didnt get taken to bad. Anyway what kind of gain will I see going to the 330? If stock is around 15, will I get around 18-19 hp with the kit? I plan on using the bigger carb or going to the 400ex carb which ever is better. It has a Dg LOUD RCM exhaust on it.
