2X4 not working 04 Forman 450 S

I have a 2004 foreman 450 S. The clutch on front differential will try to lock in. And when I turn the wheels by hand. The clutch will let go. Then will kick back in.
My question is. Is one of the Sensors sensors bad? Or is the problem in my clutch? Please help!
