I'm thinking of picking up some 29.5 outlaw 2s to put on my rancher. It's got a 35% gear reduction in it. My question is will it be enough to turn 29.5 outlaw 2s? Has anyone had any experience with them on a rancher with a gear reduction? Any feedback is much appreciated, thanks.

you'll need mpre than a 35% for 29.5's, might want to consider 28" OL2's or a 53% reduction. If you're not sure talk to the guys building the GR's they have a good idea what reduction is needed for what tire.
