So I broke it down and replaced rear breaks ,seals and bearings in the rear. All was good. This was about 2 months ago now.
Now I noticed the rear breaks suck - there is non. What could be the issue? The pedal goes way down really far. Can’t get anymore adjustment at wing nuts. Is it maybe the cable has stretched? I can’t believe the shoes are gone already.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

reindex the brake lever on the cam shaft to achieve more adjustment ----could be caused from the drum being worn and the shoes ran out of travel --------
