if your talking about your float needle..sometimes they gum up..and can stick in the float needle seat..spray some wd-40 on it..with some small needle noise pliers..hemo-stats work the best ( they have a very small tip )..carefully turn the needle around from one side to the other..it will come out...what ever you do..do not spray it with carb cleaner like gumm out !.that float needle has a rubber tip..and gum out will disolve it !.i have a 07 250ex. needle valve is sticking, cant seem to get the pin out of the float. any ideas or tools i need.
Yes, I agree with Moose. Be careful not to break the little towers off that hold the pin, they break easy.the pin only goes in one way it's knurreled on one end just take like a small nail and drive it out
