Im buying a 250 honda fourtrax and the bike is the late 80's verison and the guy im getting it from said that when you put it in gear and rev it up to go it doesnt it move, he said you can put it in all the gears just the wheels dont spin. He said it might be the clutch plates but im not 100% sure what it is. Any Suggestions?

welcome to the forums..yeah..i would say your clutch disk are worn..or your centrifugal clutch is frozen up..either way..your lucky..because both are on the same side..remove the right hand side case < get a new gasket..you may need one >..inspect the clutch disk..and centrifugal clutch arms..they are probally worn.
