Yes they can and they will give you 1/2" lift, I have 26" on my rubi and have lots of clearance all around

yes you can run 25's instead of 24's, just make sure you get tires with the correct wheel size for the wheel you have or plan to use
MANY ranchers had 11 and 12 inch wheels on many machine, so when your buying tires, you need to buy two tires for the 11 inch wheels and two for the 12 inch wheels
unless your's has all 12 inch wheels on it, or plan to add them!

Likewise, I see no problem with the modest change and like mentioned, be sure you are getting the right tires for the rims. Curious, you buying a new set of wheels/tires given the model, i.e., 2018? Reason for asking, you can sell the "old/new" wheels/tires on craigslist or other avenues relatively easily...

Yes you can run 25 or 26s with no issues.
