23" tires rub on the 700

time to break out the hammer...the new front tires rub on my Moose nerf bars, even though I got new ITP wheels...time to get a BIG ASS HAMMER

Pyetime runs the AC nerfs on his 700, his 23" tires do not rub at all. He actually has about 1.5-2" of clearance.
