Hey there I am new to the site but not new to running Honda's.
I just picked up a 2017 trx500 Rubicon three days ago with less then 500 km and my first run out on Saturday the check engine light started flashing. The light is solid then flashes once then three times. I assume it is a code 13.
Does anyone one have any incite to what it could mean.

I don't see a service manual for that new of machine here, http://www.hondaatvforums.net/forums/honda-atv-schematics-manual-help/50817-service-manual-downloads.html#close but suspect the codes would/may be similar to the latest models shown for a Rubicon listed...

There is one in there now, you have to dig a little to find it after clicking the link lol... if the machine is working normal, its likely the O2 sensor.

I asked the dealer about how hard the machine shifts aswell, there is almost a half sec delay when you shift. I was told it was normal and smooths out once it gets broke in. Are they full of shit or do most of these new machines take time to smooth out.
My 2001 with the electric shift shifts like butter.

Mine still shifted the same once broke in, the full synthetic seemed to help a little...in summer :eek
