Found a bulb for the pod on my Rubicon, it's a Canadian company I have the website for, but its an ODX LED 8000 s2, ordered it today should be here in a week, they must put it on the slowest donkey in China to get here, they seem to have a few other styles that are plug and play also..

How did this work out for you? Installed yet? I've been wanting to get more light for night riding out of my 17 Rubicon, but not too keen on a light bar, at least not until the warrantee is up. Isn't the pod light a standard (somewhat) automotive bulb? Has anyone upgraded the regular headlights to LED? IIRC, my 07 Rancher 420 used some proprietary bulb that I wasn't able to find a LED for... Odd, considering my son was able to find 6v LED replacements, head and tail, for the '74 CT90!

I'm not overly impressed with the bulb for the price, the pod light is a standard 880 or 885 bulb, its whiter but not much brighter. I added a 9" light bar on the front, that seemed to do better with the stock bulb, right now my bulb is useless cause I have the saw box on right now, but that comes off easy.
