Hello I'm new here, and not particularly mechanically gifted. Anyways I got rims off a 2017 rancher straight axle, put them on my 2012 rancher, because my rims and tires were beat to $#@!. It appears the rear rims aren't quite as deep, they seem to sit a tad bit closer to the centre of the bike. Is this a major issue ? Wheels spacers something I should do? (This was all after I had bought rims that had unfortunately came off a version with independent? learn as you go I guess. )
Thanks

are they rubbing the muffler ?, plastics ?. your best bet would put the correct rims on it, or use spacers.

Also is there any issue with putting on 12 inch on the back. I the rear rim is 11. I'm debating just selling everything and putting new rims and tires on completely.
Do it. You won't regret it one bit.
