Hey guys - first time poster here!

Recently purchased a 2017 Honda Rancher TRX420FM1 and am now installing a Terra 35 SuperWinch

My question is on the correct Accessory Sub Assembly Harness that I need. On the Honda website it shows two sub assembly part numbers (of course there are no pictures nor install instructions so I have no idea the difference in the two)
Part #: 08Z01-HR3-A20
Part #:08Z00-HR3-A20
They have the exact same description. Can someone explain the difference in the two?

Thanks,
Scott

Hi: From what I see the Part #: 08Z01-HR3-A20 is Required for installation of heated grips and/or winch with 12V socket.

And the Part #:08Z00-HR3-A20 is Required for installation of heated grips and/or winch without 12V socket.

Ok thanks - I obviously didn't read descriptions close enough. I'll go with the 08Z01-HR3-A20 If I'm NOT installing heated grips, would this part number assembly possibly allow me to install a 12V socket AND connect to the winch?

get the more expensive one, its just a couple more wires with the plug for the 12v socket. I added that to my 16 reancher and can plug a spot light in it or power a gps

It does not come with the socket. That piece is separate at something like 50 bucks. It does come with the plug in for the socket which makes it easy to install.

I priced it early and its $35. Anything will work but you will need to splice wires. It is a nice socket with cap, 35 dollars nice well maybe not. But it is simple to install other than drilling a hole. Looks like the honda site is down at the moment
