2017 honda front diff noise

my front diff cracked and replaced with new one. After 1 day of riding it, started to get a clicking sound from front diff. At faster speed, faster click. changed snap ring and click became less however still there. Even with all four wheels off the ground, still click. I even changed both front axles and still clicking. Removed axles and front diff and had minor metal shavings. I still cannot pinpoint click??
