Hello,

Just picked up a 2016 Rancher and am looking at replacing the front bumper.

I found a post where someone installed a Forman bumper part number 81150-HR4-A20ZA

I've also seen the Honda Line accessory bumper part number 08P72-HR3-620

They look to be the same, but does anyone know for shure? Reason I ask is I'm finding the Forman bumper cheaper and more places seem to carry the OEM parts and offer free shipping.

If you look on partzilla you can cross reference the part numbers.

I ended up finding the Honda Line accessory bumper for only about $10 more shipped than I was finding the Foreman bumper so ended up ordering it.

retro. I'm not looking for a stock 420 bumper. The one I ordered has tubes that go out and around the headlights, not just stop at the edge like the stock one.

unless the part numbers match ?, you may have a hard time bolting it on your rancher ?, I would be worried that the mounting brackets don't line up ?.

The bumpers are NOT the same. I went through this a week ago. Just bought a 2017 rancher, hated the factory bumper. I was at the dealer and saw a foreman with a much better bumper and they looked the same so I measured and checked, not the same. Mounting brackets are different. I ordered the same one rocketman did. Should arrive today.

Now I'm trying to decide on a rear bumper. I like the looks of the Moose bumper but I've read a lot of negative feedback from riders who say they are soft. Dent and bend easy. I'm likely going with the Bison brand rear. Good reviews.

Nice to know, glad I spent the extra couple of bucks to order the one I did. Be interested to know what you think of it once you get it. Mine's not going to be here for a few days.

Looks good. I stuffed all my electronics in the battery compartment and mounted the switch next to the starter/shifter control module. It was a pain to get all the stuff in the compartment.
