I have a 2016 rancher when you put it in gear it will not go. After it sits for a few seconds in gear, it will move and pick up speed. When it changes to the next gear it will not move again. If you shift it manually it will not go at all. I have checked all fluids and everything is good. Does anyone have any suggestions?

It certainly doesn't sound good. Have you changed the oil and if so, replaced it with "wet clutch" approved oil? Also, have you done something with the unit to explain the situation such as and not limited to towing heavy loads in high gear lugging/straining the unit or putting around the yard in high gear going slow, lugging the unit or some other event, ie., loaned it to a friend?
