After getting my 2015 Honda Rancher, very low hours, up to about an hour of riding in the heat, if I cut it off it will not crank again. It will turn over but never crank. Let it cool down for a few hours or overnight and it will fire right up like nothing happened. Noticed a few times it would also hesitate during take off when good and hot. Had the Honda mechanics check it out and could find nothing. Of course. He said that if no engine trouble flashing a code they could not find the problem. That sounds like baloney. Need some help with this one. Hope someone has had similar problems and found the cure. Thanks

OK are you the original owner? and what do you mean by has very low hours, how many is very low ?
have you checked the rad fluid, is it full correct like and look in good condition?
is it too fresh and looking good, is the rad free and clear of any junk, mud and on BOTH sides?
and how does the oil look,
there is more to oil than just changing it at "X" miles or hours, if needed sooner it should be changed sooner
as very high odds if its getting so hot that its not running the oil could be burnt to no end and not be working very well at all here
last do you let this motor IDLE a lot when using atv, as that is NOT good for them, they will over heat faster idling than being driven, as they use flowing air from moving to help cool when your parks, that isn;t helping at all, and they can over heat
same can be said if over working the atv, but doesn't sound like your doing this, but not 100% sure either
most honda's have temp sensor in them that shuts things down to prevent motor damage, and won't throw a code to do so, as its a built in like safety system

so what are you doing when it gets so hot it shuts down not re starting?
more info you give us, better we can help you
