I jus disassembled the engine and when I split the cases the shift forks came out is there a diagram or a video showing how every thing is suppose to be or how it goes together?

The best thing, of course, is a service manual. My Honda manual covers 2014-2015. There is a download for a 2014 on this forum, here:

Short of the manual, go to partzilla.com and look at the schematics. This will at least show you the correct order for the parts.
I'm not sure about a video but there probably is one on YouTube.
